About
Our goal at BOSS Softball is to provide youth softball players with a competitive, enjoyable, and encouraging environment in which they can gain the technique, strength, and confidence they need to attain their personal best not only as athletes, but as young adults as well.
Our Coaches
After moving to Dallas in 2017, Colton and Katie McKenzie, former collegiate baseball and softball athletes, fell in love with coaching competitive youth softball. They run BOSS independently and work hard to establish a stable environment for their players to flourish as athletes, scholars, and young adults.
Mission
Our mission is to develop exceptional softball players, scholars and individuals who are ingrained with a deep understanding of the fundamentals, skills and heart of the game and use softball as a catalyst to build a strong personal foundation in character, integrity and education.
